Ingredients for 6 parts
- 2 g. sea salt
- 0.33 garlic
- 2 c. à s. olive oil
- 1 g. black pepper
- 2 c. à s. vinegar
- 300 g. yogurts
- 1 cucumber
- 2 c. à s. dill weed
Steps
- Peel the cucumber and grate it into large pieces, put in the bowl, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Mix and set aside to release the cucumber juice.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, chopped garlic, white wine vinegar and olive oil well.
- Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to release any remaining liquid. Discard the liquid.
- Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture. Season with pepper and adjust the salt to taste. Add a little finely chopped dill and your sauce is ready.
