Ingredients for 2 parts
- 200 g. tomatoes
- 1 g. sea salt
- 10 g. garlics
- 125 g. mozzarella
- 10 ml. olive oil
- 5 g. basilic
- 1 g. black pepper
- 100 g. pain
Steps
- Cut the bread into 1cm slices and put them in the toaster.
- Preheat the oven grill to maximum temperature.
- Scratch the bread with the garlic clove.
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices, place them on the toasted bread then place in the oven.
- Take them out when the cheese has browned slightly.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomato into 2cm pieces.
- In a bowl, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Place the mixture on the bread then finish with the chopped basil.
