Ingredients for 1 part
- 2 tomatoes (200 g)
- 500 mg. sea salt
- 0.50 onion (50 g)
- 30 ml. olive oil
- 100 g. feta allergen !
- 0.25 cucumber (50 g)
- 30 g. olives
- 2 g. dried oregano
Steps
- Clean all the vegetables in cold water.
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters, removing the stem. Place them in the dish and salt them well to disgorge them.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into 1/2 cm slices.
- Chop the onion.
- Add the olives and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix, add the slice of feta and sprinkle with oregano.
