Ingredients for 8 parts
- 4 eggs (260 g) allergen !
- 100 g. sugar
- 250 g. flour allergen !
- 1 L. whole milk allergen !
- 50 ml. rum
- 150 g. prunes
Steps
- Whisk the sugar and eggs, then mix in the flour and a little milk.
- Bring the alcohol and prunes to the boil and set aside, covered.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Butter the mold.
- Mix in the remaining milk, pour the mixture into the mold, then add the drained prunes.
- Bake for 75 min until the crust is golden brown.
- Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before eating.
