Steps

  1. Whisk the sugar and eggs, then mix in the flour and a little milk.
  2. Bring the alcohol and prunes to the boil and set aside, covered.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  4. Butter the mold.
  5. Mix in the remaining milk, pour the mixture into the mold, then add the drained prunes.
  6. Bake for 75 min until the crust is golden brown.
