Ingredients for 1 part
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 g. sea salt
- 0.25 garlic
- 5 g. parsley
- 0.5 shallot
- 50 ml. whole milk
- 1 g. black pepper
- 30 g. pain
- 80 g. riz rond
- 100 g. sausage meat
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the bread in a bowl and pour the milk over it to soak. Set aside.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top (about 1 cm) and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Set the flesh aside.
- Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Chop the parsley.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage meat, soaked bread, parsley, garlic and shallot. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with your hands.
- Pour the rice, 180 ml of water per person and the tomato flesh into a gratin dish. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Fill the tomatoes with the sausage stuffing, arrange them in the oven dish, put the tomato lids back on and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
- Take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle with parsley. It's ready!
