1 sauce pan1 tablespoon
Ingredients for 1 part
- 10 g. sugar
- 250 ml. water
- 1 g. ground ginger
- 1 g. ground cinnamon
- 1 g. ground clove
- 1 g. ground cardamom
- 1 black tea bag
- 250 ml. semi-skimmed milk
Steps
- Add the spices to the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Add the tea and leave to infuse for 3 min. at 100°C
- Strain the juice and add the milk and sugar
- Let heat for a minute and serve
