Steps

  1. Preheat the fryer to 180°c.
  2. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and pound the pieces to soften them and even out the thickness to 3mm.
  3. Prepare the marinade by mixing the hot sauce and buttermilk in a bowl.Place the chicken fillet in the marinade and let it soak for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat the egg in a plate, in the second mix the flour and spices and in the third reduce the corn petals to a coarse powder.
  5. Dip the marinated fillets in the flour and spice mixture, then in the bowl with the eggs and finally in the bowl of cornflakes.
  6. Shake off any excess flour and cook each piece for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
