Ingredients for 8 parts
- 4 eggs (260 g) allergen !
- 100 g. sugar
- 200 g. flour allergen !
- 1 L. whole milk allergen !
- 50 ml. rum
- 150 g. prunes
Steps
- In a saucepan, boil the rum and prunes, set aside covered.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk and sugar.
- Butter the dish, place the prunes in it and pour the mixture.
- Cook for 15 min. at 200°C then 30 to 35 min. at 170°C until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
