Ingredients for 1 part
- 200 g. tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 0.25 onion
- 4 c. à s. olive oil
- 2 basilic
- 0.25 c. à c. black pepper
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 50 g. olives
- 1 bread
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 150 g. tuna in oil
Steps
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice.
- Cut the bread in half horizontally. Remove some of the crumb.
- Generously drizzle the inside of the bread with olive oil.
- Fill the bread with the tuna, sliced tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, olives, anchovy fillets, sliced bell pepper and sliced red onion.
- Season with salt, pepper, and some basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Close the bread. Enjoy immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
