Ingredients for 4 parts
- 50 g. butter
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 2 shallots
- 200 ml. vin blanc
- 100 ml. crème fraîche
- 0.25 c. à c. white pepper
- 1 c. à s. curry powder
Steps
- Finely slice the shallots.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the shallots until they are translucent.
- Add the white wine and let it reduce by half.
- Add the fresh cream, curry powder, salt, and white pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the sauce to bind everything together.
