Ingredients for 8 parts
- 2 eggs (130 g) allergen !
- 200 g. sugar
- 200 g. soft / patent flour allergen !
- 75 g. sunflower oil
- 1 lemon peel (1 g)
- 2 g. baking powder
- 125 g. yogurts allergen !
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Mix all the ingredients one by one in the following order: yeast, yogurt, oil, sugar, flour, egg and zest.
- Butter the mold and pour the dough into it.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Check cooking with the tip of a knife (it should come out dry).
