Ingredients for 60 parts
- 20 eggs (1300 g) allergen !
- 1.3 Kg. butter allergen !
- 1.2 Kg. flour allergen !
- 800 g. powdered sugar allergen !
- 900 g. raisin sec
- 45 g. baking powder
- 400 g. walnuts allergen !
- 150 g. pistachio nuts
Steps
- Mix the soft butter, icing sugar and eggs.
- Incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder, nuts, raisins and pistachios.
- Leave to rest for 3 hours in a cool place before cooking.
- Bake for 45 min at 160°c.
