Ingredients for 4 parts
- 1 g. sea salt
- 1 g. black pepper
- 200 g. potatoes
- 200 g. carotts
- 200 g. snap beans green
- 150 g. turnips
- 100 g. green peas
Instructions
- Peel and wash potatoes, carrots, and turnips. Cut them into cubes of about 0.5 cm.
- Wash and trim the green beans, then cut them into sections.
- Shell the fresh peas.
- Separately immerse the vegetables in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and let them cool.
- Place the vegetables in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, then mix.
