Ingredients for 25 parts

Steps

  1. Toast the hazelnuts in a pan for a few minutes, shaking them from time to time.
  2. When they are golden, mix them without heating them too much, until you obtain a paste.
  3. Add the sugar and mix again.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the spatula.
  5. Reserve in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
