Steps
- In the bowl, mix the lukewarm water, sugar and yeast.
- Then add the flour, olive oil, salt and knead for 10 min.
- Leave to rest for 1 hour at 30°C.
- Shape the breadsticks into 1 cm by 30 cm sausages and bake at 200°C for 30 min.
