Ingredients for 4 parts
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160° C (th. 5/6).
- Cook the potatoes in a saucepan boiling water or in a casserole dish.
- Peel and slice the onions. Cut it sliced reblochon, without removing the skin.
- In a pan, brown the bacon and onions
- Then drain the potatoes, peel them then cut them into slices.
- In a baking dish, place half reblochon. Cover with the potatoes, • onion, bacon and white wine. Season, then finish with the other half of the reblochon, crust side up.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Serve hot, it’s ready!
