Ingredients for 4 parts
- 125 g. sugar
- 1 g. ground ginger
- 1 ground cinnamon
- 1 g. ground clove
- 1 lemon
- 1 g. grounded nutmeg
- 750 ml. merlot wine
- 1 orange
Steps
- Grate the zest of the lemon and orange.
- Pour the wine into a saucepan and add the zest, sugar and spices. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cover.
- Let it infuse for 30 minutes then reheat.
- Filter and serve with a slice of orange.
