- 1 Kg. tomatoes
- 0.5 c. à c. sea salt
- 1 onion
- 2 garlics
- 3 c. à s. olive oil
- 2 c. à s. basilic
- 0.25 c. à c. black pepper
- 1 c. à c. dried oregano
