Instructions

  1. Cook the crozets for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
  2. Brown the chopped onion in the pan, the bacon and the crème fraîche.
  3. Pour the crozets and the pan into a gratin dish.
  4. Cut slices of reblochon into the gratin dish and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 min.
