Ingredients for 4 parts
- 1 onion
- 1 reblochon
- 200 ml. crème fraîche
- 300 g. crozets
Steps
- Cook the crozets for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
- Brown the chopped onion in the pan, the bacon and the crème fraîche.
- Pour the crozets and the pan into a gratin dish.
- Cut slices of reblochon into the gratin dish and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 min.
