Ingredients for 6 parts
- 1 garlic
- 3 c. à s. olive oil
- 0.5 c. à c. black pepper
- 200 g. olives
- 0.5 c. à c. thyme
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 c. à s. lemon juice
- 2 c. à s. capers
Steps
- Roughly chop the olives, capers, and garlic.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until you get a homogeneous paste but still keeping a slightly grainy texture.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve chilled.
