Ingredients for 6 parts
- 1 c. à c. sea salt
- 500 g. chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- 1 c. à c. parsley
- 1 c. à c. olive oil
- 1 c. à c. black pepper
- 200 g. riz rond
- 400 ml. crème fraîche
- 500 g. pork meat
- 40 vine leafs
Steps
- Choose fresh and tender grape leaves, wash them, and blanch them quickly in boiling water.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the ground meat with rice, chopped onion, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each grape leaf with a small amount of filling and roll them into cylinders.
- Place the sarmalute in a pot, add water, salt, lemon juice, and a pinch of thyme.
- Cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, adding water if necessary.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream with flour, salt, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice, then dilute with milk.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked sarmalute and let it simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat.
