Ingredients for 4 parts
- 80 g. butter
- 1 c. à s. chili powder
- 100 g. shrimps
Steps
- Shell the shrimp and remove the shells from the tails.
- Carefully empty the inside of the heads using a small spoon.
- Combine the tails, the insides of the heads, and the softened butter in a mixer bowl.
- Mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Season with cayenne pepper.
- Strain the preparation through a fine sieve to remove any remaining small pieces of shell.
- Roll the shrimp butter in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer in an airtight container to protect it from odors. Use this butter gradually by cutting it into thin slices.
