Ingredients for 4 parts
- 8 eggs
- 0.5 c. à c. sea salt
- 1 c. à s. olive oil
- 0.5 c. à c. black pepper
Steps
- Crack the eggs one by one into a bowl.
- Beat the eggs with a fork without overdoing it, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pan. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir constantly, while the eggs are cooking (2 to 3 min), using a wooden spoon. Serve immediately.
- Optionally: Scrambled eggs can also be cooked in a double boiler. Allow 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time.
