Ingredients for 4 parts
- 1 onion
- 2 c. à s. olive oil
- 4 c. à s. cream
- 10 g. thyme
- 2 c. à s. lemon juice
- 1 c. à s. vinegar balsamic
- 4 salmon filets
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Cut 4 sheets of parchment paper. Place the salmon steaks on each.
- Cover the salmon steaks with heavy cream, chopped onion and sauce. Add a sprig of thyme per papillote.
- Close the papillotes.
- Place the papillotes in a dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
