Ingredients for 2 parts
- 150 g. butter
- 2 g. sea salt
- 85 g. water
- 220 g. soft / patent flour
Steps
- Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes. Place all ingredients in the refrigerator.
- Mix the flour, cold butter cubes and salt in the bowl. Pour in the water and mix until completely absorbed.
- Place the mixture on a floured work surface and roll out with a rolling pin. Fold the top and bottom of the dough towards the middle and repeat the operation 2 to 3 times. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
