Ingredients for 6 parts
- 3 eggs
- 1 g. sea salt
- 2 c. à s. flour
- 250 ml. whole milk
- 1 g. black pepper
- 10 ml. crème fraîche
- 150 g. felii de șunca presată
- 100 g. gruyère
Steps
- Mix all ingredients except the ham.
- Cut the ham into pieces and then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the preparation in a buttered pie dish.
- Bake for half an hour at 200°C.
