- 5 g. sea salt
- 1 bouquet garni
- 500 g. langoustine
Steps
- Boil salted water in a large saucepan with the bouquet garni. When the water boils, immerse the langoustines completely. When the water boils again, taste a large langoustine to check for doneness, extending the cooking time for a few seconds if necessary. Drain immediately and set aside in a cool dish. Serve with mayonnaise.
