- 200 g. butter
- 1 sea salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 lemon juice
Steps
- Squeeze the lemon juice.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Let the butter melt and cook until it turns a light brown color.
- Add the lemon juice to the browned butter.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve immediately over fish, such as sole.
