Ingredients for 1 part
- 400 ml. whole milk
- 1 c. à s. cacao
- 1 c. à c. maïzena
- 30 g. milk chocolate
Steps
- Heat the milk until simmering.
- Add the cocoa powder to the simmering milk.
- Add it to the hot milk and whisk vigorously to melt it.
- Sift the potato starch over the mixture and whisk vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. You can also blend everything or dilute the starch in a ladle of milk-chocolate mixture before adding it to the rest.
- Heat slightly and serve immediately.
