Ingredients for 8 parts
- 4 eggs (260 g) allergen !
- 150 g. sugar
- 1 L. whole milk allergen !
- 1 vanilla bean (5 g)
- 90 g. maïzena
Steps
- In the saucepan, boil the milk with the vanilla pod split lengthwise.In the bowl, mix the sifted cornstarch with the sugar then add the beaten eggs and mix.
- Add the boiling milk without the pod.
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 min 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and butter the dish to put in the oven.
- Pour the mixture into it and level the surface.
- Cook for 25 to 35 minutes, until the surface lightly browns.
