Ingredients for 4 parts
Steps
- Pour the flour and salt into a bowl.
- Make a well and add the egg and sugar.
- Mix with your hands to obtain a sandy mixture.
- Incorporate the softened butter and vanilla.
- Mix to incorporate the butter.
- Put this preparation in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin (1 cm) between 2 sheets of baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Shape cookies using cookie cutters.
- Brush the cookies with an egg yolk.
- Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (watch the baking carefully!).
