Steps

  1. Put the alcohol in a bottle and add the lemon zest.
  2. Leave to stand for three weeks away from light.
  3. Make a syrup with a glass of water and the powdered sugar: heat over low heat in a saucepan until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  4. When the syrup has cooled, filter the alcohol to remove the zest and add the syrup and the rest of the water
  5. To be enjoyed chilled as a digestive!
