Homemade cereal bars: delicious and customizable!
Are you looking for an alternative to industrial bars? Homemade cereal bars are the ideal solution! Easy to make, they only require a few basic ingredients and 30 minutes of preparation, including cooking.
Be careful though: although healthier than their industrial cousins (without preservatives or additives), they remain relatively high in calories because of the honey and dried fruits (around 150kcal per bar).
For a personal touch, dare to vary: add spices like cinnamon or vanilla, incorporate cocoa powder for a chocolate version, or sprinkle with dark chocolate chips. The possibilities are endless!
The major advantage? An ultra-simple recipe, perfect even for beginners in the kitchen!
