- Remove the eggs from the refrigerator at least 1 hours before cooking.
- Bring the water to a boil with the coarse salt.
- Immerse the eggs using a skimmer.
- Count 10 minutes after boiling resumes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and cover.
- After 2 minutes, immerse the eggs in cold water.
- Peel the eggs.
