Ingredients for 12 parts
- 3 eggs
- 150 g. butter
- 150 g. sugar
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 30 g. cacao
- 200 g. dark chocolate 70%
- 100 g. almond powder
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, almond flour, cocoa, and salt.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a square dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the brownies are cooked but still slightly fudgy in the center.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
