Ingredients for 8 parts
- 1 egg (65 g) allergen !
- 2 table s. sugar
- 50 g. breadcrumbs allergen !
- 100 g. flour allergen !
- 20 g. powdered sugar allergen !
- 1 tea s. ground cinnamon
- 1 lemon peel (1 g)
- 500 g. potatoes
- 7 g. sucre vanillé
- 8 plums (280 g)
- 3 table s. semolina allergen !
Steps
- Cook the potatoes in their skins, peel and mash them.
- Add the flour, egg, semolina, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Knead well
- In a damp hand, take a ball of dough the size of an apricot, flatten it, place half a plum in it and in its center a pinch of sugar and cinnamon.
- Close the ball.
- Bring lightly salted water to the boil, place the balls and cook until the dough just begins to crack.
- In another saucepan, brown the breadcrumbs with a pinch of sugar and a knob of butter and a pinch of cinnamon..
- Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs, sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to cool.
