Ingredients for 2 parts
- 2 eggs
- 30 g. butter
- 1 c. à s. sugar
- 1 c. à s. powdered sugar
- 200 ml. whole milk
- 1 c. à c. vanilla bean
- 6 slices of brioche
Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip the slices of brioche in the egg and milk mixture, soaking them well on each side.
- Place the soaked brioche slices in the pan and brown them for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
- Serve immediately, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
