Ingredients for 8 parts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a salad bowl, break the eggs and add 200 g of sugar. Using a whisk, work the mixture until it becomes foamy.
  2. Boil the milk with the split vanilla pod. Then add the flour to the mixture, then the hot milk.
  3. Butter a baking dish and place the cherries, well washed and hulled, on the bottom. Carefully pour the mixture over, taking care not to scatter the fruit.
  4. Put halfway into the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar out of the oven.
