Ingredients for 8 parts
- 6 eggs
- 20 g. butter
- 220 g. sugar
- 100 g. flour
- 1 L. semi-skimmed milk
- 500 g. black cherries
- 1 vanilla bean
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a salad bowl, break the eggs and add 200 g of sugar. Using a whisk, work the mixture until it becomes foamy.
- Boil the milk with the split vanilla pod. Then add the flour to the mixture, then the hot milk.
- Butter a baking dish and place the cherries, well washed and hulled, on the bottom. Carefully pour the mixture over, taking care not to scatter the fruit.
- Put halfway into the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar out of the oven.
