Ingredients for 12 parts
- 12 eggs
- 1.25 g. sea salt
- 1.25 g. poivre noir
- 5 ml. mustard
- 1.25 g. praf de ceapa
- 125 ml. mayonnaise
- 5 ml. pickle relish
Steps
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact.
- Mash the egg yolks in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Fill the egg whites with the mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.
