Steps

  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact.
  2. Mash the egg yolks in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.
