Ingredients for 20 parts
- 75 g. butter
- 100 g. sugar
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 150 g. soft / patent flour
- 75 g. noisettes
- 2 egg white
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and egg whites. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Incorporate the chopped hazelnuts.
- Place small spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
