Ingredients for 4 parts
- 1 g. sea salt
- 1 g. black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 c. à s. sour cream
- 1 c. à c. vinegar
- 1 c. à c. praf de ceapa
- 1 c. à s. mayonnaise
- 1 c. à c. chives
Steps
- Mix the crème fraiche and mayonnaise in a bowl until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the lemon juice, white vinegar, onion powder and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
