Homemade tarama is a simple and quick recipe to make, ideal as an aperitif or starter. Based on cod eggs, crème fraîche and lemon, it is a recipe rich in omega 3.

Ingredients for 4 parts
- 50 ml. whole milk allergen !
- 1 lemon (100 g)
- 3 table s. cream allergen !
- 1 slices of sandwich bread (50 g) allergen !
- 150 g. cod roe
Steps
- Remove the thin membrane surrounding the cod roe pouch.
- Mash the cod roe with a fork in a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and crème fraîche.
- Mix until a smooth and creamy texture is obtained.
- If the taste is too strong, add a slice of bread previously soaked in milk.
- Spread on bread and add a few drops of lemon juice.
