Dry January is a challenge to not drink alcohol during the month of January. This is a good opportunity to take care of your health, your wallet and your planet. But that doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself of pleasure! On the contrary, it is an opportunity to discover new flavors and treat yourself to delicious and original non-alcoholic cocktails.
Among them, the apricot shake cocktail is one of my favorites. It's a mixture of apricot juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and cherry syrup, served with ice cubes. This cocktail has it all: it's easy to prepare, it's refreshing, it's fruity, it's sweet, it's colorful. It has a taste of summer that warms the heart in the middle of winter.
In addition, apricot is a fruit rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which helps strengthen the immune system, protect the skin and prevent aging. Pineapple juice, for its part, is an excellent diuretic, which helps eliminate toxins and purify the body. Lime juice provides a touch of acidity which stimulates metabolism and facilitates digestion. Finally, cherry syrup adds a delicious and sweet note, reminiscent of childhood sweets.

1 glass 1 shaker
Ingredients for 1 part
- 80 ml. jus d\'abricots
- 60 ml. jus d\'ananas
- 20 ml. jus de citrons verts
- 20 ml. cherry syrup
Steps
- Add all ingredients to the shaker.
- Place 2 ice cubes in the glass, preferably a tumbler, and pour the contents of the shaker into it.
- Decorate to your liking.
