Ingredients for 8 parts
- 3 eggs
- 150 g. sugar
- 1 c. à c. ground cinnamon
- 250 g. soft / patent flour
- 100 ml. sunflower oil
- 1 c. à s. baking powder
- 1 yogurt
- 2 apples red delicious
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, eggs, and sunflower oil.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Wash, peel, and cut the apples into pieces. Add them to the batter with the cinnamon.
- Pour the batter into a cake mold.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
