- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 0.5 c. à c. chili powder
- 0.25 c. à c. black pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 c. à s. red wine vinegar
- 200 g. mayonnaise
- 100 g. tomato puree
