Steps

  1. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator at least 1 hours before cooking.
  2. Bring the water to a boil with the coarse salt.
  3. Immerse the eggs using a skimmer.
  4. Count 10 minutes after boiling resumes.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and cover.
  6. After 2 minutes, immerse the eggs in cold water.
  7. Peel the eggs.
