Steps

  1. Crack the eggs one by one into a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork without overdoing it, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a small pan. Pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Stir constantly, while the eggs are cooking (2 to 3 min), using a wooden spoon. Serve immediately.
  5. Optionally: Scrambled eggs can also be cooked in a double boiler. Allow 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time.
