Steps

  1. Peel and wash potatoes, carrots, and turnips. Cut them into cubes of about 0.5 cm.
  2. Wash and trim the green beans, then cut them into sections.
  3. Shell the fresh peas.
  4. Separately immerse the vegetables in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Drain the vegetables and let them cool.
  6. Place the vegetables in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, then mix.
