Instructions

  1. Cut the feta into eight large pieces of the same size and season lightly with pepper.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Place the flour and breadcrumbs in two deep plates.
  3. Roll the feta pieces in the flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the pan and bring the oil to temperature then put the breaded feta pieces in the pan and brown on all sides.
