Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it into large pieces, put in the bowl, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Mix and set aside to release the cucumber juice.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, chopped garlic, white wine vinegar and olive oil well.
  3. Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to release any remaining liquid. Discard the liquid.
  4. Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture. Season with pepper and adjust the salt to taste. Add a little finely chopped dill and your sauce is ready.
